🔎 The State of Schedulers on Solana

This month, we published new research on schedulers, a core but often misunderstood component of Solana’s execution. Schedulers determine how transactions are ordered and executed, shaping outcomes across users rather than creating value themselves. Our analysis shows that no single design is universally optimal: Immediate execution minimizes latency in most cases, while short periods of batching can improve outcomes in more competitive environments.
